HOW TO POST A JOB
Step 1- Read the Policies and Procedures to the left
Step 2- Pay for your ad. It is just $50 for a 60-day posting. You should pay online before you submit the ad content; we DO NOT invoice for ads. Ads cannot be posted until payment is received. Once your ad has been paid for, a "positions confirmation" will be sent to your email address and will indicate the amount charged to your card for the posting. This is your receipt.
Step 3- Create your job posting. Enter the details about the vacancy on the Ad Information tab then click "Next". On the Contact Information tab, enter the contact information of the person or department receiving inquiries about the vacancy (A contact name and email is required). Then click "Finish". You will receive an on-screen "Thank You" message when the ad has been successfully submitted. Your ad content and payment information will be verified by the administrator. Approvals are usually made within one business day.
Posting Tips
- Spell-check and proof-read your ad content before and during the creation of your ad. You will not be be able to preview it before before submitting.
- If pasting content into form, please use notepad. Basic HTML may be used when creating your ad.
- Your posting will not be submitted for approval if: ad exceeds 1,024 characters or all required fields aren't completed.
- It's a good idea to verify that your ad has been posted.
- Don't forget to print a copy for your EEOC records.
