What?
Nonprofit Connect announces its Fifth Annual Nonprofit Shadow Day! The nonprofit sector needs young, committed professionals. Nonprofit Shadow Day is a chance to share your experience and insight on the sector with the next generation of nonprofit leaders. On Shadow Day undergraduate college students spend the workday with a nonprofit professional like you.
Who?
- Shadows: All undergraduate college students who are interested in learning more about the nonprofit sector are encouraged to apply. There is no cost to attend.
- Hosts: All nonprofit professionals who are willing to share their day with a college student are encouraged to host. We would like them to see all aspects of your job--anything from meetings, to checking messages, to project work. We welcome nonprofit managers (i.e. ED’s, COO’s, etc.), program staff, fundraisers, volunteer managers, and marketing and communications professionals.
Where?
Shadow Day is held in Kansas City, MO
