for Senior Leaders

We recognize that experienced nonprofit leaders also need continued development and support. Through Nonprofit Connect programming, veteran professionals can further develop critical skills and competencies essential for effective leadership. In this environment of peer learning and networking, each leader becomes more confident and better equipped to guide their agency into the future.

501(c) Success National Speaker Series

The 501(c) Success National Speaker Series brings prominent thought leaders to Kansas City to discuss the latest sector research and trends. Over the course of the year, four nationally recognized experts address cutting-edge issues, explore best practices and provide critical insights for increased positive social impact. This is an outstanding opportunity for the Kansas City community to meet and engage with exceptional nonprofit leaders right here in our own backyard.

Past speakers include Jacob Harold, CEO of GuideStar and Dr. Patrick Rooney, Lilly School of Philanthropy at Indiana University and The Giving Institute. In September, we featured Ken Berger, President & CEO of Charity Navigator.
