    Succession Planning

Coming in Fall 2014! Executive succession planning is a critical step for nonprofit organizations. Statistics tell us that and estimated 60 – 70% of nonprofit directors plan to retire in the next five years. To meet this leadership challenge, we’ve developed a resource to help nonprofits achieve successful executive transitions. Course content includes awareness of key issues and planning roles, understanding the tools needed for advance preparation, gaining commitment from the board, and successful onboarding of a new executive.
