Cutting edge, emerging technology allows marketers and fundraisers to match physical addresses with IP addresses (and vice versa) to multiply the reach of a marketing message. IP Targeting links a prospective donor’s home address to its IP address, and serves that IP address with display advertisements/messages. When your prospective donor goes online, your IP-targeted ad appears on websites they visit.
At this session you’ll hear case studies from area nonprofits that have combined IP targeting with other marketing tactics to boost fundraising ROI. In addition, you’ll learn about “venue replay” which allows you to target people from a specific event or location. Explore the possibilities of connecting with your current or ideal donor through IP targeting.
