Salesforce Training
Participants will learn the basics of Salesforce 1 for Nonprofits and understand the tools needed to help one navigate through and properly use Salesforce. They will learn the key components of Salesforce and why it is a beneficial tool in the nonprofit sector. This training will provide new users an experienced, guided approach to the Salesforce system that will enable their organization to utilize the CRM Software to significantly impact their organization’s ability to achieve their mission/s and improve their overall efficiency.
Module 1 is a beginner’s guide to the program and outlines the most important aspects and features that are specific to a nonprofit organization and crucial to their success.
Learning Objectives include:
•Learn how to set up a Salesforce account and assign users
•Obtain key skills needed to navigate Salesforce
•Learn how to customize and assemble Salesforce for your organization
•Gain the necessary skills needed in order to optimize Salesforce for your nonprofit
•Become educated and confident in using the main components of Salesforce
