What do you wish you could openly say to the leadership in your workplace? Young professionals have expressed wanting to be at organizations that create a culture of fit and belonging. Therefore, nonprofits have a responsibility to foster environments where diversity, equity, and inclusion exist. In this space, YNPNkc wants to help continue to connect leaders with young professionals to help amplify their voices and the truths of their lived experiences as young professionals in Kansas City.

Join us for our next Coffee Talk with two of Kansas City’s leaders who understand the people, power, and political nuances encountered by young professionals. Robert Page, Executive Director of Inclusion and Engagement at Metropolitan Community College, and Stephenie Smith, Executive Director of the Linwood Family YMCA, will lead a discussion and invite attendees to speak their truth in hopes of creating a transformative session for participants and help strengthen their voices.

In order to keep the Coffee Talk intimate, space is limited.
Coffee and pastries will be provided.
