What is your agency’s attitude towards partnerships? Are they valued, considered a necessary nuance, or are you not quite sure yet? Frequently, partnerships are driven by the prospect of additional dollars. But starting the relationship before the grant proposal is released is more likely to result in sustainable impact.
Whether you are a small agency looking for partners to help expand your service reach, a mid-sized agency thinking about how you can partner for high quality evaluation needs, or an organization with a large footprint that wants to join coalitions to apply for large federal dollars for the first time, this training is for you.
We invite those who are curious to join this conversation about all the ways that agencies can work together to create high quality projects and grant applications, which do ultimately result in larger amounts and federal dollars. Participants will be challenged to expand their thinking about who their potential partners may be and will engage in discussion of “why” and “how to” partner for the benefit of their agencies and the community as a whole.
Presented by Julie Assel, GPC, and Julie Alsup, GPC of Assel Consulting, an industry-leading consulting firm based in Kansas City specializing in grant research, proposal creation and grant management for nonprofits, school districts, and institutions of higher education.
