  • IFF hires Edgar Velazquez as senior project manager of Real Estate Services

    Edgar Velázquez returned in July to IFF as senior project manager of Real Estate Services in the St. Louis office, where he is responsible for securing and managing all real estate business in the St. Louis and Kansas City regions. Previously, Velázquez worked at IFF from 2000 to 2004 as an RES project manager, coordinating over $28 million in real estate and consulting projects.
    Most recently, Velázquez was a project manager for real estate and community development at the St. Louis Economic Development Partnership. He also has worked for The Resurrection Project in Chicago and the Chicago Department of Planning and Development. He holds a master’s degree in urban planning and policy from the University of Illinois at Chicago and currently serves on the Habitat for Humanity St. Louis Board.
