American Red Cross Volunteer Orientation
Connect with your local Red Cross! Red Cross volunteers are trained to meet the needs of people affected by disasters, providing food, shelter, and comfort for families affected by disasters big and small from home fires, floods, wildfires, and earthquakes. You can make a difference in our community by becoming a volunteer with the American Red Cross to bring help and hope to people in need. Volunteers constitute about 91 percent of the total Red Cross workforce needed to carry out our humanitarian work. We’ll find the position that appeals to you and allows you to use your skills and talents. Join us and make a difference in your community by attending one of the upcoming volunteer orientations or begin the volunteer application at www.redcross.org/volunteer.
