Fund Development Institute

Volunteer Management Institute

VMI is our intensive certification program that provides training in the core concepts of volunteer management. Learn about engagement, retention, risk management and more.

Nonprofit Managers Institute

NMI provides systems to better manage, communicate with and motivate your staff. Walk away with an understanding of human resources principles and new tools to inspire your team to accomplish your goals.

Executive Director Institute

EDI is a 6-month learning opportunity exclusively for executive directors that weaves together theory, experience and context to help leaders learn new ways to deal creatively with the full range of organizational challenges.

Offered once a year, January through June. By application only, learn more here.

Nonprofit Financial Institute

New this year, NFI is for any nonprofit leaders who is responsible for developing and managing budgets but 'hates numbers.' This session also supports board members and other leaders with experience in finance in the for-profit sector but need training on the particular nuances of nonprofit financials.
