    In this interactive session, nonprofit leaders will discuss the transition into leadership from several angles.

    Join Stephenie K. Smith, Executive Director of the Linwood YMCA, as she discusses:
    • Healthy and productive communication for new nonprofit leaders
    • Common missteps and opportunities
    During the second half of the webinar, three additional leaders will join Stephenie to provide different perspectives:
    • One who was promoted consistently from within and is now leading those who were formerly peers
    • One who succeeded a much-loved predecessor
    • One who advocated for the creation of her leadership role

    Stephenie K. Smith, MSW is a community leader who helps people reach their personal and professional goals as Executive Director of the Linwood YMCA. She serves as a committee member, trainer, and mentor in various capacities and holds degrees in Social Work, Psychology, Africana Studies, and Human Orgranization Development.
